Kang Min, Yamazaki and Yojimbo were locked in the deepest cell of the Liberian underground dungeon. Kang Min kept clanking his mana chains together in an attempt to break it against the wall.
“There’s no use. It won’t break,” said Yamazaki watching him.
“It seems like the trapping agent we took is working. I can feel that my mana’s stopped,” said Yojimbo, lying down on the floor.
“We won’t be able to use any magic then. Same with mana weapons too.”
“We might as well be non-ability users right now. It’s a low chance of escaping even if we had our mana, but now that we don’t, it’s over for us.”
There was a sole hunter who had succeeded in escaping the infamous Liberian underground dungeon. It was Kang Min. Kang Min had escaped with Yojimbo before, causing a reinforcement of the prison security under Karyola’s orders. Guards took shifts watching the cell Kang Min, Yojimbo and Yamazaki were trapped in. Kang Min kept clanking his chains against the wall, but the prison guards did not even glance at him. They already knew the chains would never break. Plus, after Kang Min’s escape, they had reinforced the mana chains with much stronger material.
