Yojimbo arrived in the city Kalamaku in North Africa where Kal Assad resided. As he stepped out of the warp gate, a group of African soldiers approached him.
“Yojimbo, follow us.”
Yojimbo smiled when he looked at the tattoos on the soldiers’ faces. “He must have known I’m coming.”
“Assad is getting ready for negotiation with you.”
“I know. Guide me.”
Yojimbo followed the soldiers to a wilderness area forty kilometers off from Kalamaku. Ample mana resources flowed throughout the wilderness, and the cries of monkeys and birds rang throughout the jungle. Yojimbo swung his machete to get rid of branches in his way with each step.
“Dammit, couldn’t you have warned me beforehand? I’m a guest, you know,” complained Yojimbo.
“It’s over there.”
Yojimbo followed the soldiers to a luxurious resort in the middle of the jungle.
“Jeez, money sure is nice. A resort in the middle of this gross jungle.”
