As soon as Daniel, Ian, and Searet exited the room, the members of the White Lion Knights suited up and assembled outside.
Ian eyed them curiously, but they silently walked toward the dungeon entrance.
Ian and Daniel exchanged glances and followed the knights out of the dungeon.
In the mountains, Mir grew in size. As she enlarged, the branches of the surrounding trees snapped or were shoved aside.
Ian quickly helped Searet onto Mir's back and then turned to face the White Lion Knights.
"Please, return safely."
"We believe you will safely bring His Majesty back."
The White Lion Knights each offered their words, wishing for their safe return.
Ian smirked, waved his hand as if telling them not to worry, and jumped onto Mir's back.
The remaining White Lion Knights simultaneously unsheathed their swords, bidding farewell to Ian.
Their blades glimmered in the moonlight.
To them, it was only natural that Ian had to safely bring the Emperor back in order to prope...
