Ian quickened his pace at the Drake's appearance.
Kaya staggered as her legs gave out, but she kept up with him bravely.
Ian, who checked on her from time to time but did not slow down his steps, found Veilant as soon as they reached the camp.
"Keep your head straight. Did the Drake attack us? No, it just passed over us for a moment. It saw our army and got scared."
Veilant looked quite busy.
He was comforting his soldiers in the chaotic camp and finally calmed them down.
To be honest, it was ridiculous that the Drake just passed by because it got intimidated by an army of this size, but the soldiers seemed to want to believe that.
They gave small nods, thinking of their own thoughts.
"Yes. Honestly, there are many of us… Even if it's not a Dragon, the Drake deserves to be scared."
“That's right. That's right. That Drake must be scared.”
Despite their own fears, the soldier tried to shake them off by trying to undermine the Drake.
