Chapter 26: Hell Gate (1)
The Conning Towers of the Deceased were built throughout the downtown area of Seoul. Depending on the location, the height, size, and structure differed. Spirits of dead people were gathering to each Conning Tower. The hunters from the capital defense forces were watching the Conning Towers that had popped up in their path. The skulls’ gaze from atop the tower moved. Veins on the huge eyeballs in the skulls popped. The skulls opened their jaws facing the hunters, and a loud noise emitted from the big heavy bones spreading apart. The closed door on the bottom of the tower moved with a creak. The bones of the entrance split apart, and shadow spread outward. The shadow surrounded the Tower and continued to spread, making the hunters back away. From the soaring shadows, skeleton soldiers revealed themselves.
A unicorn appeared through the shadows. Its flesh was ripped and hanging in pieces from some spots. The horn on its head looks as if someone had stabbed it with the horn as it was stained with blood. Atop the Undead unicorn sat an elf with black and gray hair. His two eyes twinkled ash gray. Other dead elf soldiers appeared from the shadows.
