Activating Devour, Taehyun’s eyes turned red.
Crunc-ch. Crunch. Crunc-c-c-ch. A chilling sound rang through the air. The A-Rank monster, Death Knight, was considered a high-ranking monster. Yet its body was beginning to crumble as if it were a rabbit being consumed by a lion.
There was no such thing as mercy. The Death Knights, who had been moving forward one at a time, finally revealed their true nature and began charging toward Taehyun all at once.
An unidentifiable roar battered his ear. This was clearly supposed to be a moment of desperation, however…
Hah. Taehyun grinned. “Finally done acting human, you damn monsters?” Taehyun used Devour once more, targeting the first Death Knight to approach him.

Was there any reason to show mercy to a monster? No; the answer was already decided. “Eat it all up!” Taehyun shouted as he watched parts of the Death Knight’s body turn red one by one.
Graaawk. Devour’s massive jaws opened wide, and just like that, an entire Death Knight was consumed.
