Unlike the other Archdukes listed as summoning skills, Rosaria was an Archduke with whom Taehyun had officially established a contract. If he wanted, the easiest way to see her would have been to use the skill. However, there were two reasons as to why he attempted the reverse-summoning regardless.
The first was the load that would be placed on his body. Keeping an Archduke summoned alone caused an immense consumption of mana. Consuming mana meant that he would also be consuming mental energy. The pain of maintaining the summon lessened as he became stronger, but he would rather not experience it if possible. Which meant that he would not activate the skill unless his life were at stake. That was why he kept the Rosaria skill as a hidden card.
The second reason was because of the watching eyes around him. Players and monsters stood on opposite sides of a spectrum. There was a reason why Awakened with monster-summoning skills were largely Yvelians.
