“We’re missing four people.” Montel Jackson pointed at the empty seats in the room. Gregor Gillespie, Jordan Knight, Jason Rinaldi, and Nik Lentz had all been difficult to see recently.
“They have entered the deeper levels of the Abyss. We cannot neglect to progress in exploring unknown territories. This was not intentional, however. I hope this does not cause unnecessary division.”
“Do you think we’re kids, sir?” the fully recovered Ricky Hollys replied with a laugh.
“Disputes begin from trivial matters, after all.”
The point that Chairman Kevin Lee was trying to convey was clear. Only five of the original ten National Level Players became SS-Rank Players.
