Ricky Hollys tossed the torn pieces of paper onto the floor.
“It’s a shame. I thought that you, at the very least, would have understood our vision.” Chairman Zheng Zhi clicked his tongue as if he really was disappointed to see her go.
“Why don’t you go look for another partner then? Of course, if you’re able to pull through the sanctions of the World Player Association,” she shot back with a mocking tone, and that was the end of their conversation.
“Take care on your way back. I’m afraid I won’t be following you out.”
When Chairman Zheng Zhi nodded his head, a Player emerged to escort them. Ricky Hollys and Taehyun followed them out.
About fifteen minutes later, after they’d passed through several barriers, they arrived in a massive room. It was almost as big as the laboratory they’d just been in, but the only thing in the room was a single warp gate.
Ten staff members were stealing glimpses at them as they set up the magic stones. If there was one thing different about this warp gate than the others, it was the fact that the warp gate was excessively large.
