"Looks like… it is asking us to follow it?"
Kyu-ha nodded at K'aak Chi's words, and the two of them followed Balamku.
Balamku looked back occasionally to see if Kyu-ha was following while maintaining its elegant gait.
Seeing that, Kyu-ha remembered Geumbi, who was sleeping soundly at home.
How long had they walked whilst following Balamku?
They crossed over unimaginable terrain countless times.
Finally, Balamku stopped.
"Is this…?"
They could see quite a vast cave in front of them, and at first glance, the blue waves that were reflected seemed to be a cenote.
"This is a place called the Jaguar God's Throne. It's a place I've only heard of through legend, but I recognized it at once."
When K'aak Chi finished explaining, Balamku moved into the cave.
Kyu-ha and K'aak Chi followed.
"What a beautiful place."
Contrary to expectations, the cave was quite bright.
Curiously, there was a hole in the ceiling that was round enough for the moon to enter, and the cenotes were reflecting the moonlight as it shone through.
