"You… remembered?”
Ian's body trembled.
He hadn't yet fully remembered. He recalled meeting Belthoff, but he couldn't recall what they talked about afterwards. Since then, Ian had no clear recollection of where he grew up or joining the army. In this state, Belthoff's words seemed to be a great help in finding himself again.
"I think I spotted you a few times when you were younger. Most of them were probably errands."
"…Well, is there anything else?”
"Well… I don't remember anything else. You've grown a lot, by the way. It's still so obvious that you're always a valuable customer.”

Belthoff seemed to remember Ian exactly.
