Ian and Daniel left the monster's corpse behind and began searching for a way out of the area. Although it would be easy just to climb up, they wanted to thoroughly search the area in case there was another path below with the possibility of more monsters. They silently moved forward, examining their surroundings. Ian predicted what might be in which direction by feeling the flow of mana, and Daniel confirmed it by shining a light in that direction.
Before long, they discovered a valley - it was hard to call it a passage. It seemed that the space was originally divided by a wall, but when the magic circle was activated, the floor collapsed due to the impact, causing the wall to crumble as well. Ian didn't particularly like the cold air flowing through the valley and frowned as he moved forward. Daniel seemed lost in thought.
"What's wrong?"
Finally, Ian turned his head towards Daniel and asked. Daniel snapped back to reality and looked up.
"No, nothing. I was just thinking about something."
"What's bothering you so much?"
"Well, I was just thinking about Beh...
