Two days later, Ian went to see the Emperor again.
"I've made a decision."
It took some twists and turns for Ian to choose the destination he would go to.
After having a meal with the Emperor, the next day, Ian immediately headed to the imperial library with the two regions mentioned by the Emperor in mind.
After searching for a day or two, he hoped to find a clue about the Elain region but wasn't sure what he would find.
Nevertheless, compared to when he had no idea how the books were organized, he thought it would be easier now that he had a rough understanding of their arrangement.
Ian cautiously walked down the hallway.
"I'm afraid to walk comfortably in case another trap activates like yesterday."
Noticing the flow of mana in front of him was slightly different from other places, he quickly jumped over it.
If he had stepped on it, a trap would have been triggered.
The hallway was quite long, and traps were installed at regular intervals.
After making sure there were no more traps, Ian opened the door at the end of the hallway.
