Japan was turned upside down.
The typhoon, said to be the worst to ever hit Japan, penetrated the island at an unusually high speed immediately after landing.
It was unprecedented in the history of meteorological observation, and its devastation was undeniable.
But that wasn’t all.
The Japanese Self-Defense Force suffered near-total annihilation from seemingly targeted lightning strikes... actually, the destructive power was too strong to be called a lightning strike.
And the places where that lightning fell were all military facilities, so it was impossible to see it as a natural disaster.
