Gates managed by guilds or the Hunter Management Bureau had entry restrictions.
It depended on the Rank, but there usually were party requirements.
For example, in the case of the B-Rank Gwanak Mountain Gate, each party had to have at least one hunter of B-Class or higher to enter. Or if there was no B-Class hunter, two parties had to band together.
But I was an exception because of the strength I had shown so far and the consideration of the Hunter Management Bureau.
