Two days later, Garios took us somewhere.
It wasn’t far from the academy, so we could arrive in about an hour if we ran using mana.
Further through the forest, there was a set of tiny ruins.
"It's an ancient ruin, isn't it?"
Ancient ruins weren’t that precious.
Although they weren’t expected, once investigated, many were used for tourism purposes.
However, that was only a part of it, and such ugly and thoroughly investigated remains were left as they were.
Occasionally travelers and adventurers would spend the night, or pack monsters such as goblins and orcs would settle down there.
As a mercenary, I had slept in such ruins a few times, so it wasn't that strange.
